The hardness of the product is determined by the amount of clay. What is more - it is softer than less - harder. The tough paste, which is formed from this mixture, is passed through the press, after which the ropes are formed, which are straightened, cut off to the desired size and burn into the furnace. Then cedar or pine blanks are cut along, make a special ditch for the stylus, and then glue with it. The resulting planks are cut and polished. To date, about 300 varieties of pencils are produced. They are different in hardness and color. Today there are 72 colors of these products. With their help they apply inscriptions on glass, fabric, plastic and even a film. Some of them are used in construction to leave the trail, which will remain for a long period of time.
