Note: 100th separate reconnaissance brigade of the experimental military unit 23511, the location of North Ossetia, Mozdok, next to the military airfield. The brigade is subordinate to the command of the Southern Military District (and not the GRU of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as it was previously mistakenly listed in the general list), but if necessary, it can be quickly used in the interests of the GRU.
The brigade was formed in the summer of 2009 as an experimental formation of a new type, based on personnel transferred from the 56th airborne assault brigade (Volgograd region, Kamyshin), the 10th separate brigade of the GRU special forces (Krasnodar Territory, Molkino) and other parts of the special forces of the Armed Forces RF. Its structure provides for an airborne assault battalion, a reconnaissance battalion, a detachment or a squadron of UAVs, RER (electronic reconnaissance) and EW ( electronic warfare), artillery, anti-aircraft missile units, as well as support.
The brigade has been assigned a mixed helicopter squadron, which performs tasks in the interests of the land formation and is under its operational command. Also, the brigade is armed with different types of UAVs, including the Israeli Vird Ey-400 and Searcher MK2 were tested in the brigade.

Whatever one may say, but not all young men of military age are eager to get into the service in the armed forces of the Russian Federation. You can take a long time to understand the reasons for this phenomenon. Perhaps many recruits have weighty (as it seems to them) arguments not to serve.
But we'd better talk about how you can motivate future defenders of the Motherland to rush to the military unit and get the skills that any fighter needs. Let's see how the military unit 23511 of Mozdok coped with this.
"Day of the conscript" on the basis of 100 ORB
On May 5, at the location of military unit 23511, an action "Day of the conscript" was held. The purpose of the event was to draw the attention of young men of military age to serve in the armed forces. It was this part that was home to the 100th separate reconnaissance brigade, so there was something to show, to put it mildly.
It all started with the fact that the deputy spoke to the guys. commander for personnel - V. Seregin. Then the head of the recruiting department of North Ossetia - Alania - I. Klipov, the chieftain of the Mozdok Cossacks and some others. But the most interesting thing began after the introductory speeches and "the word is transmitted."
It's clear that the recruits came for the action. And I must say, they got what they expected. First of all, future fighters were shown the latest military equipment, which is in service with the military unit: tanks, armored personnel carriers, tractors, combat vehicles infantry and much more. And there is something to show.
The fact is that at one time 100 ORBr (separate reconnaissance brigade) staffed only the best. It was supposed to be a unique combat "unit". So we managed to make an impression on potential conscripts.
The performance of the reconnaissance battalion of military unit 23511 was no less spectacular. A group of servicemen showed future soldiers how to work with some models of small arms, such as the Val, the latest modification of the AK, etc.

The excursion around the unit's location turned out to be no less informative. So the future fighters were shown where the soldiers sleep, they were introduced to their daily ration. Whatever one may say, but food is a very strong motivator for many recruits. Further, the young men were shown the place where the fighters train, as well as railway platforms for transporting armored vehicles.

At the end of the “Day of the Conscript” action, several people again made a closing speech. It is clear that its main goal was to call on young men to join the ranks of military unit 23511 (Mozdok-7). But the evening did not end there either. In conclusion, a small concert was held for all those present, at which, among other things, the "Anthem of the 100th Brigade" was professionally performed.
