Moscow and the Moscow Region were a single structural unit in the NKVD system of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. June 19, 2019 Moscow police detained four people who "earned" 37 million rubles in illegal financial transactions. According to the investigation, the suspects conducted illegal banking operations through the accounts of fictitious controlled organizations. A commission of 8.5% was charged for each transaction. During the searches, law enforcement officers seized money, seals, stamps, statutory constituent documents of fictitious organizations, flash cards, keys to the Bank-Client system, as well as other items and documents. A criminal case has been instituted under article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal banking”. In this case, a man and three women were detained, one of the defendants was sent under house arrest, the rest were released on bail.

History

The 2nd operational police regiment of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Moscow (2nd OPP) - was formed in 2004 by the merger of three operational police regiments of Moscow, which at one time were parts of the city patrol (PG) - the basis of service 02.
